The service
TokenMead is a software workflow for submitting images and video to third-party visual moderation models and documenting the results. It is not a media generation tool.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account, your uploaded media and all platform API keys. Do not share credentials or use the service to process content you do not have the right to upload.
Moderation results
Automated moderation is decision support, not a legal determination. A human reviewer should inspect escalated media before enforcement. Results may contain false positives or false negatives. You remain responsible for your own content policies and compliance decisions.
Billing
Plans renew monthly until cancelled. Creem acts as merchant of record and handles payment collection and applicable taxes. Cancellation and billing management are available from the workspace.
Limitations
The service depends on third-party providers. Availability and latency are not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TokenMead is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid in the prior three months.
