Privacy policy

This policy explains what TokenMead collects and how uploaded media and moderation records are handled.

What we collectUploaded mediaProvidersRetentionYour rightsContact

What we collect

We collect account information (name, email and password hash), billing identifiers, uploaded media, moderation results, platform API key hashes and technical logs required to secure and operate the service.

Uploaded media

Media is uploaded for the requested moderation scan and is accessible only to the owner and administrators. It is not used to train models or for public display. You can contact us to request deletion.

Third-party providers

Media is transmitted to Hive's visual moderation service for processing. Provider API credentials are encrypted at rest. Creem processes subscription payments as merchant of record.

Retention

Moderation records and reports are retained for audit purposes while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Plaintext platform API keys are never stored; only SHA-256 digests are retained.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data. We may verify identity before acting. Contact chensir95278@gmail.com.
