Billing
Plans renew monthly until cancelled through the customer portal or workspace billing controls. Creem handles payment collection and applicable taxes.
Refunds
If the service is materially unavailable or defective and we cannot resolve the issue, contact us within 7 days of the charge. We review requests case by case. Consumed scan allowances and change-of-mind requests after substantial use may not qualify. Statutory rights are not limited.
